Eight Rucker teams and eight Tri-State teams enter one shared progressive-entry bracket. Round 1 begins with four Rucker-versus-Tri-State clashes.

The crossover starts in Round 1.
Seeds 5 through 8 open with four guaranteed Rucker-versus-Tri-State games. Seeds 3 and 4 enter in Round 2. Seeds 1 and 2 enter in Round 3. After the opening round, either league can survive either bracket path.

Eight qualifying teams from each tournament enter one elimination bracket.

The championship may be cross-league or same-league depending on who survives.
How the rounds work
One bracket. Two Harlem rivals.
Round 1 is Rucker versus Tri-State. Higher seeds enter later. Once the opening games are complete, either tournament can take over either path to the championship.
Seeds 5–8 begin
The crossover starts immediately.
Four opening games guarantee Rucker versus Tri-State. Win and move toward the protected seeds. Lose and the championship run is over.
